Press SET-UP then VOL+,VOL-,VOL+,VOL-. You will then see on the upper right hand screen (VER 1). This is for Region 1. You can change this by pressing the BLUE right and left button on your remote. Sequence is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 255. If you want Regional-Free, leave at 255. Press SET-UP to save changes, then press SET-UP again to exit.
