Switch on.
Open the CD drawer
Press on the remote: CLEAR, then key's 2-7-6

A hidden menu will come up displaying all sorts of spec about the unit.
2 Options are available to change.

SCART: DO NOT TOUCH
REGION: Change setting to ALL REGIONS then click OK/ENTER
