Turn the player on
Wait until 'No disc' is displayed
Press the buttons 3, 1, 4, 1, 5, 9 and 2 on the Remote Control
The press 1 for Region 1, 2 for Region 2, 3 for Region 3, or 4 for Region 4 etc.
The display should now show 'Power On'
