Power up, no cd in drive
Press "setup"
Go to "country code", using the up and down cursor keys. It displays "US" as country code.
Press the RIGHT cursor key. You are prompted to enter a 4-digit password.
Enter 0000 and press "enter" (center cursor button).
Hooray, using the cursor keys, you can now change the two letter code at will. Use "enter" to save it.
