1 power on the player
2 press open button to open the tray
3 Press setup to go to the setup menu
4 press 49540 on remote controller (quickly)
5. A new menu line occurs
6. Select version and then push play
7. Now select region code and select the vcd menu here
8. Press the setup button to confirm
9 you can now see all region and s/vcd
