1. Turn Power on
2. Open Door (onscreen display reads insert a disc)
3. Using the remote press 16719 while pointing remote at DVD player
4. Config menu is now displayed onscreen, press ok
5. Press 0 to change to all regions
6. Press Exit on the remote
7. DVD player will now play any DVD’s
