1. Press open on your remote control.
2. Open the tray
3. Press Setup, and highlight the custom menu. Then press 3, 3, 3, and 3 on your remote.
4. A secret menu will appear. Select region free.
4. Press enter after your choice and press Setup again to leave the Custom menu.
5. Enjoy your new multi-region DVD-player.
