Open tray, press 110 on remote control, "NO VCD" shows.

Press the OPEN/CLOSE button on your remote control once
Key in 3, 3, 0, 8, 8, 0 immediately: "R0" will now appear briefly on the TV screen in the bottom left hand corner. The DVE612(N) is slightly more informative, advising you that "REGION NO : 0" on the TV screen.
Press the OPEN/CLOSE button on your remote control once
Power down your player - this retains the all-region setting forever !
